Returns:
Any item can be returned within thirty (30) days from date of delivery. After thirty (30) days, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges (in certain cases, we may accept a return with a restocking fee applied).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If an item is returned in used/damaged condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/disposal fee.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one (1) business day.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or credit card account (your original method of payment), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted – this timeframe depends upon the credit card processor, etc. There is often a slight delay/processing time of several business days before a refund is posted to an account. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tsnjewelry.com.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please first contact us first via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) at customerservice@tsnjewelry.com . Without this RMA number, a return shipped back will be automatically declined. After you obtain the RMA number, then send your item to: TSNjewelry, P.O. Box 4129, West Richland WA 99353, United States. Depending on your geographic location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you once we ship your exchanged item back to you may vary depending upon postal transit times beyond our control. We will provide you with a valid tracking number for the shipment.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased by someone other than you and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping:
To return a product, you should mail the product to: TSNjewelry, PO Box 4129, West Richland WA 99353, United States. All returned items must be shipped back with a valid tracking number (this is the only way to ensure we receive your return). We would suggest using USPS First Class Mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping price will be deducted from your refund.
